What’s Cooking for the Big Game?

Whether you’re a football fan or not, you’re bound to have the game on Super Bowl Sunday, right? Even if it’s just for the commercials! Or you may find that you’ve been invited to a party – and so – just to be social – you decide to attend.

We’ve got a number of big game appropriate recipes for you and hope you’ll pick one or two to enjoy on Sunday!

What To Cook For The Big Game

Dips

This Super Six Layer Mexican Dip by Susan Williams looks amazing. Bright, colorful, delicious – it’s the perfect pick for that potluck party (say that several times super fast!).

It’s back – I’m sharing Nancy’s Taco Dip again from Skinny Kitchen because just look at it. So yum.

Does a Cheese Ball qualify as a dip? I’m not sure, but I know you can spread it on chips or crackers, and sometimes stick a veggie in there to be the cheese carrier. Try this one and let me know what you think!

Guacamole and Salsa

Sandra Salin’s World’s Best Guacamole Recipe looks like it might be just that.

Susan Williams offers you two ways to prepare her Fire-Roasted Salsa Recipe. One is completely from scratch, and the other lets you cheat with canned tomatoes. Either way, it looks amazing.

And lastly, though I made this deliciously addictive Saltine Toffee Recipe for the holidays it is actually the perfect treat any time of the year. Top it off with seasonal chocolate coated candies, or sprinkles, or maybe little chocolate footballs?

So – there you have it – a perfect batch of ideas to choose from as you ready yourself to watch the game, or, let’s face it, to munch and enjoy all of these amazing recipes.
