Tide Pods–So Easy, It’s #LaundryRedefined

tide-pods-laundry-redefinedLaundry. It’s a dirty job and someone (most likely you) has to do it.

I do almost all the laundry at my house because I actually like doing it. I love the smell of detergent, and nothing smells better than a fluffy towel right out of the dryer.

My husband and kids (all taller than me) are fully capable of doing this chore, but I have a system I think keeps our clothes nicer longer. It’s a detailed sorting system: hot-water whites, warm lights, cold darks, warm darks, jeans, and delicates. With my system, knits don’t snag, towels are super clean, and nothing is linty.

As much as I like doing laundry, an on-going shoulder injury makes so many of my daily tasks difficult and painful. I have a really difficult, almost impossible, time lifting anything heavy. Since we buy in bulk, you can imagine my difficulty with giant boxes of powdered detergent and even the economy-size jugs of liquid detergent, due to the layout of out tiny laundry room.

Since I’m a stickler for perfect laundry, I have to use Tide. Tide is the only laundry detergent I’ve bought in years. Nothing else does the job I want. In my opinion, the Tide Pods do just as good a job as the liquid I usually use.

And, here are some added bonuses of the Tide Pods:

  • Pre-measured. When my husband or one of my teens does laundry, they can’t use too much or too little. No waste, and I know the wash is getting clean.
  • Portable. When we go on vacation, I take along Tide Pods if we are traveling for more than a few days. I find it easier to travel light and do a load or two on the road.
  • Three-in-one. Instead of a liquid detergent, a stain treatment, and a color enhancer, I just use one Tide Pod. Each one cleans, brightens and fights stains in every load, making my time doing the laundry so much easier.
  • The Power of Tide. I’m brand loyal for a reason. I like Tide, and the Tide Pods give me the cleaning I require out of my laundry detergent.
  • So Darn Easy to Use. Pop a Tide Pod in the washing machine. Boom. You’re done.
Tide Pods come in other varieties, like Free and Gentle, and Tide Pods plus Febreze. With any of the Tide Pod products you get a great clean that’s super easy to use. I think it’s practically perfect!
