Smoothies are the perfect summer breakfast. They also work really well as a mid-day or afternoon snack. Delicious, refreshing, and a little bit sweet – they’re filling and can work for you pretty much any time of the day. Want a smoothie for dessert? They’re a healthier choice than your average milkshake, assuming you stick with fresh fruits and other lighter ingredients.
I’ve gathered up some favorite smoothie recipes from some of our Women of Midlife members to share with you today.
