Shake Up Your Snack Routine

This Meta Appetite control review is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks/ Meta Appetite Control.

I never thought of myself as a snacker.

I just don’t like breakfast, drink coffee all morning, and have a small lunch.

Then I grab a little of this and that in the time that leads up to dinner.

I think I pick healthy snacks, but I also just randomly graze. Because I’m hangry!

Also, I took the POPSUGAR Snack ID Quiz to see what kind of snacker I am. Not too surprisingly, I am a “Stressed Out Snacker.” Certainly, I nibble more when I’m stressed. And I’m always stressed.

This week I’m tested out only snacking with a purpose. I have a great blender I haven’t used lately. Now I use it in the afternoon to make myself a smoothie.

I see “smoothie recipes” out there, but who needs that? It’s so simple to just toss in whatever fresh or frozen fruit I have on hand, add in some greens and some almond milk, then blend it up!

And I add two teaspoons of Meta Appetite Control that SheSpeaks sent me to my cold beverages and smoothies to test out for this sponsored post.

Whether it’s a nibble mid-morning, that second lunch at 3:00 pm or a little something before bed, everyone has different snack habits.

Now, Meta Appetite Control’s Snack ID quiz can help you pinpoint your personal “Snack ID” and gives simple solutions to gain better daily hunger control.

You can get Meta Appetite Control in either Orange Zest, Pink Lemonade Quench or Unflavored Smoothie Enhancer.

I use Unflavored, in an afternoon smoothie to crush cravings between meals.* I like that I can add it into any cold beverage.

What I like the very best about it is that Meta Appetite Control is a fiber supplement from the makers of Metamucil. It contains 100% natural psyllium; is clinically proven to help me feel less hungry between meals.*

I’ll use it to help me ditch my pre-dinner snack cravings. It’s been clinically proven to help control cravings between meals*.

Snack handled, fiber added to my diet: that’s a big win for me!

Check out the POPSUGAR Snack ID Quiz to figure out what kind of snacker you are, and snag a coupon so you can try Meta Appetite Control for yourself. Once you get the coupon, make sure to add the product to your grocery list this week. No matter what your snack profile is, more fiber is usually a good idea.
