Healthy, Skinny Green Juice - Copycat Recipe!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups apples, peeled, seeds and core removed, cut into chunks.

¾ cup (6 ounce can) pineapple juice, chilled

½ cup frozen mango, not defrosted (you could use fresh, if desired.

¾ cup broccoli, florets

¾ cup fresh spinach, lightly packed

¾ cup kale, lightly packed

1 small kiwi, peeled and sliced

½ small banana

¼ cup apple juice or more pineapple juice, optional (if you want this drink a little thinner)

Instructions

1. In a blender, add apples, pineapple juice, mango and broccoli. Blend on highest setting until smooth. Add spinach, kale, kiwi and banana. Continue to blend on highest setting until smooth. This drink is quite thick. I love it that way! If desired, add a little more pineapple or apple juice to make it thinner.

2. Store in the refrigerator. It will keep for several days. Mix together again before serving.

Makes 3 cups total (each serving 1 cup)

Shopping Tip
I love my Oster Blender.  It’s such a good deal and is powerful enough to blend everything in this drink.
