Gummy Vitamins For Adults? Testing New Centrum® MultiGummies

I’m testing out new Centrum® MultiGummies. I was sent a bottle a couple of weeks ago, and have been taking two a day since them.

I usually take a daily multivitamin, and I’ve used adult chewable vitamins before. I’m a fan of the Centrum® MultiGummies for two reasons:

I’m more likely to take my vitamins when they are chewable. It feels like a treat, instead of an ordeal. I have to work myself up to take pill vitamins. So dry! So likely to stick in my throat!

The Centrum® MultiGummies taste good. My husband bought a different brand a few months ago. I am a frugal person, but that store brand of chewable vitamins tasted so bad to me I had to throw them away. I’m not going to take a vitamin every day that tastes bad.

I’ve been traveling a lot lately. Taking my vitamins in the morning, whether I’m at home or on the road, fits my life and ensures I’m getting the nutritional health support my body needs. Also, it doesn’t hurt Centrum® MultiGummies are easy to take and taste good. Each bottle has three flavors: berry, cherry, and my favorite, orange.

Centrum® MultiGummies include key nutrients, like Vitamins B12, D and E, to help fill nutritional gaps you might have in your diet. I was diagnosed with very low vitamin D levels a few years ago, so a daily dose of that vitamin is something my doctor recommended I take. I was surprised that bringing up my levels of D improved my sleep, my mood, and even eliminated some bone pain I was having.

You might be falling short in your nutrition levels, too. In the U.S., nutrition studies report a range of dietary gaps and that many are not getting key nutrients daily. Did you know nine out 10 Americans fall short in getting essential nutrients from food alone?

It’s important to take a high-quality supplement, and one that fits your needs. Centrum® MultiGummies are gluten-free, use only natural colorants, and don’t contain artificial sweeteners.

Summer’s fresh produce is a great time to examine your diet and eat better. Though eating healthy may be a summertime goal, a recent survey from Prevention and Centrum® finds that although more than 75 percent of Americans believe it is fairly easy to get recommended daily values of vitamins and minerals by eating a healthy, balanced diet, nearly half of those polled are concerned they may not be getting enough of one or more key nutrients. I thought I was eating well when I my doctor discovered my vitamin levels were low.

46% of Americans cite lack of time as a reason why they do not eat a healthy, balanced diet. Our busy lives make it difficult to make sure we are covering all our nutritional bases with food. I like knowing I’m covering my bases with a good diet and a good daily multivitamin.

Glad you are taking your vitiamins. I have nothing against the concept of gummy vitamins and have done them with my daughter. Am I allowed to be honest and say something counter to the last comment and the product? Or, should I follow the "if you can't say something nice, go home" principle? xo

Centrum is made by a pharmaceutical company so you know their quality has to be above reproach! Yeah for adult gummies! I am all in.

This would make me happy because I sometimes steal my daughter's vitamins, and I also buy gummies for my vitamin C! I might have to try these out.

A gummy vitamin seems so much friendlier! I tried these once, and they tasted good!

SOMEONE bought some adult gummies at the store that tasted so bad we just threw them out, and I hate to waste. But, that other brand was a no.
