Easy Spring Recipes
With the nicer weather settling in – okay, for MOST of us – we’re looking for recipes that fill the need when it comes to lighter fare and easier prep time. Less time in the kitchen would make anyone happy, right?
So, I’ve gathered up a few of our community’s favorite spring recipes for your meal planning.
Chicken and Dressing
Hillary has an incredible looking BBQ Chicken and Non-Buttermilk Ranch Dressing recipe for you. This dressing recipe is straightforward and looks amazing.
Fancy Salad Recipe
And Susan shares her very favorite salad recipe – it’s her go-to when she needs to bring a salad to a meal or any event. This Spinach and Butter Lettuce Salad with Pecans and Blue Cheese looks phenomenal. The vinaigrette looks so easy, it’s possible that even I could make it.
Strawberry-Almond Salad
Then head on over to Recipe Renovator to find Stephanie’s Strawberry-Almond Salad with Balsamic Fig Dressing. Because strawberries in salad are amazing, and this is no exception!
Easy Bruschetta Recipe
I absolutely needed to include this beautiful bruschetta recipe. Carol’s famous bruschetta looks like something I’ll be adding to my recipes – and what’s got me excited? It’s just for me – nobody else in my family eats tomatoes!
Hot Salad Recipe
Pam’s got a different take on salad for us. She cooks hers! This hot salad recipe looks really good and seems to be about as easy as a cold salad would be.
Summer Bean Salad Recipe
And this Garbanzo Bean Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes is right up my alley. Rebecca’s recipe has us combining some simple ingredients and letting it all marinate for a while and then it’s done.
Fancy Chicken Salad Recipe
This Almond, Apple and Raisin Chicken Salad from Carolann is a perfect recipe for picnics and potlucks.
Easy Poppyseed Dressing
Looking for that perfect dressing to top off your favorite salad or pasta recipe with? Karen has a Poppy Dressing that fits the bill perfectly.
World’s Best Guacamole Recipe
Here at Midlife Boulevard we’ve shared the World’s Best Guacamole recipe with you before – so add that to your spring planning. You’re going to want to include it, for sure.
Skinny Lettuce Wraps
And these Low-Carb Mu Shu Lettuce Wraps make the perfect spring dinner, with enough leftovers for lunch!
What about you? Do you have a favorite warm-weather recipe that’s super easy to make? Let me know and maybe I’ll include it in my next recipe round-up!
